Cassrina.com Launched More Joomla Extensions

12 October (Kuala Lumpur) – Cassrina has recently launched eight Joomla! extensions from its headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. The series of Joomla extensions consist of image menu and slideshows. Each module is accompanied with a free version and available for download from www.cassrina.com.

According to the company's spokesperson, the series of Joomla 1.5 compatible modules only marks the beginning of the company in providing innovative solutions for the vast Joomla developer's community on top of its current Virtuemart template offerings.

The company is also planning to launch an aggressive campaign in the coming months in promoting the use of Joomla content management system (CMS) aiming at both small and medium enterprises (SME) and web developers. As hinted by the company's spokesperson, SMEs in Malaysia can expect absolutely free websites and e-shops courtesy of Cassrina.com from January 2011 onwards. The company is in active discussion with the local authorities for such privileges to encourage SME to get on the web space.

Cemporium SCOREs 3-Star in SMECorp Ratings

8th April, Kuala Lumpur - Cemporium has recently being awarded 3-Star SCORE Rating by SMECorp Malaysia (formerly known as SMIDEC). SCORE or SME Competitiveness Ratings for Enhancement is a diagnostic tool used to rate and enhance competitiveness of SMEs based on their performance and capabilities.

"This is a great achievement for the company and a great motivation for us to work harder towards achieving 4-star status in the next SMECorp assessment. It is an honour and it sets a competency benchmark to every team member at Cemporium." said Ng Kar Sin, Cemporium's COO.  

This competitiveness rating was done among 3,091 SMEs in Malaysia with only 28.6% achieving 3 - 4 star ratings. There are no companies being awarded 5-star ratings to-date. This ratings exercise has been completed among SMEs in manufacturing, construction, retail, ICT, maintenance, repair & overhaul, and professional services in strategic collaboration with PUNB, MDEC, Ministry of Defence, PSDC and CIDB.
